Media Arts and Applications Blogs go live!
Today's the day you show everyone what you've been working on! Complete this checklist -
1. Create your blog with at least one posting according to the rubric provided in the class folder (most of you have at least begun this process.)
2. Post a link to the blog in the comments below (if this doesn't work, there is a subfolder in the class shared folder entitled "final." Put the link in an MSWord document in there.)
3. Check out your classmates' creative endeavors and if you can, join and/or post to one of their blogs and post another comment saying which ones you've checked out.
(If possible, and if the technology gods are smiling on us, you will have made a blog and 3 comments today - 2 to this one and 1 to a fellow classmate's blog.)

Interviews
Read the handout "The Documentary Film Interview" and in the comments below:
1) Describe how you will use this technique in your video if you are interviewing people
2) Come up with a list of 10 open-ended questions we could ask an Ursuline, AMSU teacher, or student for the convent documentary. Keep in mind that we are focusing on the past, present, and future of the convent space.

In an age where video and moving images are everywhere - from TV to computers to smartphones - what is the impact of the single, still photograph? Is there still room for the iconic frozen image, or has this been replaced by the moving image?
